Have new IPad and IPhone. Can't receive email as I don't know my password.

Any help?

When you sign into Outlook, isn't there a link for "Forget your password?"  I had to use it a few months ago.

If all else fails, Apple has excellent customer service.  Give them a call.  I guarantee they'll help you out, since your items are new.  (Believe me, I've asked them some really "dumb" questions early on!  They were always very patient with me!)

Thanks for posting that link, @Nuttmeg.  We commented there with some suggestions for @Soushi24 and since she didn't return I was hoping her problems were solved.

@Soushi24,  If you can access Outlook mail from a computer -- or by opening the full "desktop" version of mail with Safari on your iPad -- you can click on the "forgot password" or "can't access your account" and go through the steps to reset it if you've forgotten.  Generally, doing that means you did previously add another separate email address or your phone number so you have a way of receiving information for a reset.   I hope you'll return to let us know if you're still having problems, give us some more detailed info about what's happening and what you've tried, and maybe one of us can help.
