I know you've all heard this before about Amazon, but I just want to mention it again as good CS is becoming so rare. I've shopped at Amazon for years and this is the first time I've ever returned an item. Ordered an iPod Shuffle to listen to audiobooks and it wouldn't even charge enough for me to get to the setup part. I'm pretty sure it was a defective USB pigtail. Anyway, I signed in to my Amazon account and went into 'orders' and selected the return option for this item and also selected 'replace item'. Within seconds of submitted I got an email stating my replacement should be received by 19 June (Wednesday) and I have until July 11th to return the defective unit. I love Amazon!
