Need help - Refund processed incorrectly as exchange

I returned an order for refund but it was incorrectly processed as an exchange. I called CS a couple of days ago and was told that she would send a note to cancel, however, the item was not been cancelled and refunded but still shows up as in process (not shipped). I have emailed you the details and hope that you can help. - Thanks!

i have two rings and a shirt i returned. can't track anymore. it's been a while, wondering when i'll get my refunds.
