@April So did they make it right?  I don't think it was intentional eiither way.  Mistakes can be all it is.   

@rms1954 Use their shipping or hassle with them to save a little is the moral of the story.  It's been going on forever here.  If you choose to shop at QVC, save yourself from grief and use their shipping label or don't shop with them.  

 

You decide which is worth it.

I've had this same problem with Q's returns for many, many years.  I no longer shop here.

 

Can't believe they're still having these problems.
