@April I'll gladly pay the extra $2 to just slap a label on (not have to go to the hassle of weighing and buying postage, or having a box etc.) and be done with it and have the tracking number.
And it's insured and you have tracking.

@April wrote:I realize I have to pay the $3.50 shipping charge to me but when I pay for the return and include a handwritten return label, I shouldn't have to pay any return charges.
Why not? Thems the rules.

@April wrote:They did make it right so that was good but I think from now on I'm going to shop at Dillard's and Macy's. I can try things on then and there so no need for returns and no shippping fees.
Then there is the gas back and forth.

Well, good. You do it your way and I'll do it my way. ![]()

Read my message again. I think you misread. I expect to pay the $3.50 charge for shipping to me but I should not have to pay any charge to Q for shipping the return when I've paid it. Understand?

@rms1954 Well, to me my time and money is worth more.

No. Not making sense. You paid to have it sent to you. Has nothing to do w/return shipping. It's on you.

@April the cost of mailing back the package using your own label also depends on the size and weight of your return abd the destination. If it's something light avd under 13 ounces you may get away with spending a dollar or so less than using the Q label. However if the package is over the weight you will end up spending more than the $6.95 charge.
there is also the time spent going back and forth to the post office and standing in line.

@April wrote:I was charge almost $11 for a $60 blouse I returned when I PAID FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE. When I called QVC I was told that Q had charged me for the return so, ladies, watch your returns like a hawk because, apparently, Q only watches in their behalf.
@April So did they make it right? I don't think it was intentional eiither way. Mistakes can be all it is.
@rms1954 Use their shipping or hassle with them to save a little is the moral of the story. It's been going on forever here. If you choose to shop at QVC, save yourself from grief and use their shipping label or don't shop with them.
You decide which is worth it.
