calling lawyers and animal lovers

Is there anyone that knows how to contact youtube to stop them from showing animal fighting? I was looking for cute aniamls and there are too many to list of animal fights.. I want to write to the legal deptartment or call but am not sure what to say,

Perhaps a petition shoud be started, many have complained but nothing happens.
