Ordered 2 same items for gifts in July, they were in stock. The 4 Cheese Assortment. Was to ship by Dec.2, still nothing, now out of stock, and QVC rep said "Nothing we can do - supplier must ship but may not before Christmas, if at all". So now I have to go out into the wild crowds and get something to replace these items. If they show up, I'm returning (at $50 each) and I will refuse to pay for the return. I hope QVC stops using this supplier. Never had a problem before, will still order from QVC.

@Lorialpine.  Sorry about your cheese.  Very aggravating, I'm sure.  QVC doesn't want food returned.  If it shows up and you're still unhappy, call CS and they'll credit your account.

I am sorry for the delay in shipping of your orders. Both say that they are in process and should be delivered prior to Christmas. Once they ship, if you are unhappy with them or simply do not want them anymore, just send an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and we will refund you in total.
