I find the kissing unnecessary too, but I'm thinking maybe they want a "we're all family" atmosphere in QVC. but more than the unnecessary kissing, I cannot stand the mwah sound they have to make. that, I really don't get. but not just with them, but with anyone who does that! jmo.

I don't think it actually 'bothers' folks; just something to chuckle about when I see it.  It's better to laugh ( as Kathy Levine would say).  (Her book).
