I don't think there's any excusing leaving little children unattended in a car in Arizona.

That shows someone with extremely poor judgement under any circumstance.

This is someone who doesn't understand responsibilities and safety of parenting.

I don't think jail time would serve much of anything.

Perhaps the children need to be removed from her custody until she undergoes vigorous parenting classes.

Oh, and use birth control to not have more babies she cannot really take care of.
