True Detectives, Thoughts??

I caught it last night and am not sure if I want to continue or not. Way over use of the F word .Rather depressing if it doesn't get a bit lighter I do not think will be a viewer. Any thoughts ?

I watched it but did not really care for it. On the other hand my husband loved it so I will be giving it more of a chance till Walking Dead comes back on.

I liked it. It's very dark and mysterious and the characters are complicated. Matthew and Woody were superb. HBO does a masterful job with all their series. I like that they are not so limited by the censors as the network channels.
