I have an idea for you...

 

I've seen family photos where one person didn't make it to the gathering, but someone in the family was able to photo-shop the person in.  Maybe you could take one family photo and leave room to work in your grandson at a later time.

My gf has a family Christmas always 1 week before for all her 11 grandchildren/spouses, children and great grandchildren.

 

She takes a nice pic through the year of all the kids because she always has a back-up for photoshop them into her family pic.

 

I don't know how to do this -- she takes to her photo store and they do it for her.  And, she said last year 4 of them couldn't come and I saw her calendar she makes every year since the 1st one was born -- guess what if she didn't tell me I wouldn't have known they weren't there!
