Sometime the Q can't do what you are able to online

I called to cancel a necklace over the auto phone and they sent me to a CS rep. He said the item I just ordered could not be cancelled. I just ordered it an hour before and discovered I had a similar necklace. Yet I have other items in process for days. He said depends where the item comes from, so I took his answer.

About an hour late while online I went to my order status and just clicked on cancel item over to the right, it didn't say in process and I was able to cancel it. Goes to show, don't take anyone's word for anything, you take control when you can. Amazing.
