Re: Question for Those Who Have RV's and Experienced RV Campers

We RV'd and camped for a long time. I bought absolutely everything we needed for it and it was already to go. Cookwear, dishes, silverware, sheets, it was all there. A small vacuum, DH used to use it every day. Since we had cats, he put an extra screen on the door, attached to it

Our first trip, to try it out, was to a beautiful resort /park, in Mesquite, Nevada. Everything went just fine.

We also had a Camping World store which has about everything you need. Got our big awning and all the window ones there, and installed. They looked so nice when they were out. Also, a big patio rug for out in front, those reclining camp chairs too, for sitting out.

No tornados where we went, but plenty of rain sometimes, fun to hear it in there. Also had solar panels, Dish, everything we needed. I subscribed to Trailer Life mag then, which had a lot of great tips. We used the bathroom for what was needed, no reason not to. We were also self contained so could dry camp if needed.

mm Forgot to say we had two bikes on a rack on the back and we used them a lot.
