As odd as this sounds, I've always thought he looks like a little man.  It's like someone photoshopped an adult face on a baby's/toddler's body.

He is very cute and appears to be quite spirited.

Thanks for posting the pictures I for one enjoy seeing the royals children especially.  I think they are all cute, but Charlotte especially, she looks just like her Grandma the Queen and as if she would have that kind of personality.ha  Louis definitely favors more his Mothers side of the family than the two older ones.  All are adorable and Kate seems so hands on with them, thats good for them.
