Please watch your return credits

I recently had to return 2 orders, the credit put back on my card was $20 less than what it should have been. After contacting customer service it was corrected...

Until recently, I hadn't had any issues with receiving credits. I sent something back and kept waiting for the credit, but it didn't come. When I called, they said they weren't sure why a credit wasn't issued. They said they could see the return was received and processed, so they gave me credit.
