PNC Website

I wanted to pay some bills over the weekend but couldn't get on the PNC site. I know they had an attack but it should have been fixed. Finally, yesterday I got on and paid some bills. Then today, it's inaccessible again.

Is there a secret to getting on?

Should I be changing my checking account to another bank?

I'd call them but I'd have to wait hours since everyone else is probably calling too.
