SSN numbers have been used for a very long time : the use of them prevents identity misinformation. Poodlepet

We had it happen where my son is seen two times. We were called once when patient files were discarded in the trash and the second time was a letter that the system was hacked.

I've been closing online accounts slowly. Going back to snail mail.

It happened at a suburb in Chicago - Blue Island and Metrosouth Hospital as well as 2 health care facilities.
