Keurig cup sizes

Ok, I got my much anticipated TSV Keurig today. I like a large cup, about 10 oz., of fairly strong coffee in the morning. Do I use a bold or extra strong K cup and the largest setting? If I use a regular flavored K cup, will the coffee be too weak? Suggestions, please!
