Just received a message on my phone saying.......

that I had just won the contest I entered last month and my prize was a $1,000 Target Gift Card........I think this is a scam because I didn't enter any contest...........maybe I'm losing out, but I just deleted the message. It told me to go to targetcontests.com to claim the prize.....anyone else get something like this????
