Just got Kuerig TSV

Just received the TSV Keurig and I'm not getting why everyone is so enthralled with it. First of all it's HUGE on my counter. Secondly what does everyone do with all these little cups? Do you buy one of the racks to have another thing on the counter? I was excited to get it and will give it a try but right now I'm just not "getting" all the love for these things.
