I found out something very interesting about Pharmacuetical reps ....

Since we have been discussing prescriptions, direct advertising, lunches for doctor's offices etc . I thought I would share it with you.

Begining January 1 2011 ALL lunches will be "1099'd" in doctor's offices.

This means that the value of the lunch will be reported to the IRS and the doctor is responsible for paying taxes on the lunch.

What I also found out is that some of the doctors in this area will now no longer see pharmaceutical reps.
