I am so Angry...With Dell...

Last month I decided to get a Dell PC....

I paid the price in Full and waited & waited...

then I got an Email this month stating that there is

a delay... I received the computer on Saturday 17

by FEDEX...

Out of the box the computer was not working.. I unplugged

everything & it turned on...This morning the same thing

happened.. I called Dell and after a long wait got a live

person who I gave all the pertinent answers to...

I was transfered from one person to the next... I was on the

phone from before Noon until now 4:27 PM (I am waiting)....

Each time I am transferred they send me to their "Mobil DEPT"

Then I have to wait again...

As I wait a stupid recording is encouraging me to go to Dell's

Mobil site.. I guess a recording does not understand that the

NEW computer is DEAD Nada.. Nothing.. NULL...

All I wanted was an exchange... (It is the 72 hours LAW..)

But I am done with DELL from HeZZ''''

All I want now is a refund...

Thanks Goodness I have a Laptop..I can use..

Remember before you buy any computer products..

consider their Customer Support.. I am on the phone

with them for over 4 hours..

It is now 4:43 & I am still waiting...
