When I saw your title --- I read that book to both of my children every day from the day they were 3 months old, until they could read it to me and beyond! I can still quote the whole book and I have given it as gifts to many young moms!

@JFD12  I love your photo of the moon! Beautiful composition of the trees framing the moon and the angles of the clouds intersecting eachother.  This could be printed into a postcard its so nice

@beach-mom  Goodnight Moon....love that book and I am reading this to my 2 year old grandson and he is already paying attention and loves it.  That was the theme at my DIL babyshower, she teaches first grade and this is one of her favorite books.

I love the moon!  It's mysterious and fascinating.  Maybe partly I love it because I am a Moon Child!  Thank you for sharing your beautiful picture!

This was the first book I read to my daughter when she was born in 1973. I t was a gift and I over the yrs have also given it. also . Such a sweet book!
