Faster delivery than the Q

Today I received two items that were shipped yesterday. Shoes from the manufacturer. Ordered on the Q three days ago, shipped yesterday and got this morning UPS. Irems that shipped from the Q on the 3rd still in shipping process and I pay extra UPS brown. Just picked up. When I do get them its like 7 o'clock at night delivery. This shows the Q uses the cheapest way and charges up the most. Amazon puts my credit on my card the next day before they even get item. The Q takes two or more weeks. They are getting much worse. If I'm correct, Comcast brought the Q and laid off a lot more people. They also charge a lot and give less. Jay Leno took a cut to save some of his employees from lay offs. I am gluilty of buying on ther Q and it has to stop on my end.
