Don't comments like this make Hulk Hogan a victim also? Or is it ok to laugh and twitter over his naked physique because he made choices that you don't agree with?
Hulk Hogan committed no crime. He was as much of a victim as Erin Andrews when it comes to public shame and humiliation. The difference is he sued the organization who profited off of his shame - Andrews sued Marriott, which neither facilitated or profited from her exposure. While there may have been gaps in their systems, they cannot be expected to foresee every trick that a complete sicko might come up with.
The selective outrage seems a bit hypocritical to me - and that has absolutely nothing to do with one's support of "family values."

I think we're in complete agreement. Hulk Hogan was definitely a victim. A victim portrayed in a highly embarrassing, eternally mortifying light. He's been compensated for it too, as well he should.

No, I don't agree with you, and I did not laugh over his body, I did gag over his choice of foreplay.
They were both filmed without their permission and both deserve recompension, imo.
The family values are not about either Hogan or Andrews, they are about those who did not support Andrews but did support Hogan.
It helps to keep up with the conversation and not make the mistakes you have.

So what? Privacy is privacy whether the victim is Hulk Hogan or Erin Andrews.
Besides, both will most likely receive far less than the $ awarded.

I agree - who came up with that figure? If she was not a TV personaliy, do you think she'd get 1/4 of the amount? I think its excessive.

Exactly. Viagra'd-up bloated, belching hulk. Yuck.

And the odor of the sandwich, up close and personal.
What a pig.
Which is why I can totally see the shame in this. If you were a femal fan who looked at the hulk as a hot, hard bodied piece of male, you'd see the video and be turned off. OMG. You couldn't pay me enough.
I still find it hard to believe there ARE any female fans for this guy. Yes, he was a victim ... but he's also a freak.
