I wish the baby well, and I wish the Duggars well.

But I also wish they would stop marketing themselves on TV.

This self-promotion doesn't jibe well with the coverup of family sexual abuses, which is the parents' crime at least as much as the son's. Their responsibility was to get him real treatment and to protect the other kids.

You would think they would want, if they love each other, to draw closer together and shut down the publicity machine.

If they did that I would not only still wish them well, I would respect them more than I can right now.
