I saw a post that said Wen customer service "rocks." Gave me an idea. Thought this post would help others when they decided what to buy and from whom. So I will start the list. This is not meant to applaud the product... just the way customers are treated. And obviously we are all different with different problems. So my list is: (based on my experiences)
1. Vitamix
2. Comcast Cable
3. Keurig
4. QVC
5. Local Toyota dealer (Darcars)
6. Wegmans
7. Food Lion
8. Costco

2. Kohls (I have returned items past the "deadline" and they have always taken them back).

I disagree about QVC, I have had Customer Service reps make up lies to suit the situation, I was lied to last week that a package was at my local post office when it was still some where in North Carolina

Von Maur
Nordstrom
Nicor
Com-Ed
Dish Network
State Farm
I've never had a bad experience with QVC customer service.

I have always had great service from QVC, Best Buy, Costco and Von Maur.
Not thrilled with Target or Mediacom Cable!

ChickFil A stands out because other fast food establishments are....pathetic.

QVC
(I've NEVER had an issue unresolved to my specifications with HSN or QVC. Excellent CS every time I've needed to contact them).
Specific SA's at stores that usually have terrible CS. Staying with one person (and always giving them the sale) has shown that the level of CS goes and stays at a high level.
Beyond that, it's rare that service I receive requires "seeing the manager".
Now, ask me about HOME CONTRACTOR and REPAIR PEOPLE. Yeah, THAT'S a different story
