I hate that commercial. Especially when she asks him something about why he thinks the ripples are on the T.P. Don't understand why anyone would go "commando" (I can think of more reasons NOT to), and just where DID that term come from anyway?

Or all the drug ads which are really about five minutes or so of warnings? Why would anybody really want to take a chance on some of those drugs with all the possible health risks involved? Honestly, I'm sick of all of them.
Would somebody tell me just what two people sitting in separate bathtubs do for Viagra or Cialis? My DH and I just shake our heads when we sit them. Oh, and now there's a woman who advertises Viagra. "And see....if Viagra....is right....for you." That's exactly how she talks. is that really supposed to be sexy? It's ridiculous!
And the ads for Tena, some kind bladder control pads. Good grief, women are singing at the top of their lungs in their car or laughing like hyenas in public. I don't get it, I just don't get it. The ad industry has hit rock-bottom. And just when you think it cannot sink any lower, they prove you wrong.
I even think the ads for Charmin and the "Enjoy the go" are inane at this point. Enjoy the go? Really?
They are all ridiculous!
You must not be old enough to wet yourself when you sneeze, cough, or laugh too hard. Consider yourself lucky for the time being but rest assured...your time is acomin'!
You mistook my post. I understand that pads are needed for many women. But I guess that means that when I start wearing pads I'll be able to laugh like a hyeba in a movie theatre and annoy everybody who sits next to me. That's what I'm talking about. The stupidity of the commercial itself, not the product.

Agree. A negative reaction may be discussed forever but it still won't have people buying the product.

I mute all commercials (except the baby ones and a few others I like) so I don't know what is being said. However, the visualization is enough with some of them. They must boost sales or I can't imagine them wasting the air time.
