I was getting something out of the back of my car and felt a lick on my ankles. I looked down and there is a little Corgi type dog greeting me! She had on a pretty pink collar but no tags. I had two leashes in my car and decided I needed to hook her up.

No one was driving around looking for her and my neighbor did not know who she belonged to. She came to me with no problem and I took her into my front porch area and gave her cookies and water. People drive like maniacs down my street and I did not want her to get hurt.

I called Animal Control and he scanned her for a chip, but NO chip! Why do people not chip their animals??? He put her in the back and took her off. I called a little while ago to see if her owners came to collect her. I would have been happy to deliver her to her owners if she had a tag.

I hope the guy calls me back and tells me that she was able to go to her proper home! It seems that all dogs know to come to me because I must have Dog Friend plastered on me!!!
