6 year old suspended for kissing classmate on the hand

Wtae in pittsburgh did a story about a 6 year old that got suspended for kissing another child on the hand.

what are your thoughts on this? I tried inserting link but was unable.

What is this world coming to where we punish a small child for showing kindness towards another small child?
