I will put the answer in the spoiler below. The pose was demonstrated live by these girls on the same couch in a segment on Fox and Friends earlier this week.

Both the first and second girl are wearing black jeans, and the second girl's legs are hidden behind the first girl's legs. The first pair of legs in blue denim actually are the third girl's legs although it looks like they should belong to the second girl...the third girl's hips are twisted which makes her legs go to the side instead of in front of her. They demonstrated the pose live. They didn't do it on purpose and we're surprised when there was so much talk about it.
