solved jordana mascara problem

on a recommendation here on the board i bought the jordana mascara and really liked it...i also read that it can dry out quickly. yesterday i poured hot water into a small cup and plunked the closed up tube in it and voila! like new...it wasn't dry and clumpy anymore.

thought i would pass on this tip before tossing it out.
