Why cant I change my WEN liter a/d flavors?

So I just got off of the phone with CS and I was not able to change the fragrances to a different formula. I am sure the host said we could change thru CS later? Am I wrong? I love my SAM and the seasonals... They are both on AD and ez pay, Any idea as to why I cant change? I wanted to change the LAV and the Pom... Thanks in advance!
