I like Cerave moisturizer with spf. It depend if you skin is dry or oily.

As a WOC....I think that you should look @ your skin's texture, tone, and other characteristics : oily or dry or sensitive ,ect.

I think the best moisturizers for my sensitive , combo, mid 30's skin are: Josie Maran 100% Argan Oil and Dr. Perricone Face Finishing Moisturizer layered in the evening. I also love Josie Maran SPF 40 moisturizer layered over the Argan oil for daytime.

Paula rate the Cerave Moisturizer PM very good for normal to dry skin. No sun screen but good. The day one is ok too. It is on sale frequently for BOGO at Walgreens. I use the Cerave eye treatment. It is great! I have oily skin, so I only use a moisturizer at night.

If your skin is oily, purchase an oil-free moisturizer, if skin is dry go for one that is specifically for dry skin.. Check out Boots No. 7 products at Target. Reasonably priced & a great selection.
