Smiley Happy beautty! You can use the Windex, but I'll stick w/ arnica. However, I don't have any experience w/ using it for dark circles. If I were treating them, I would (in fact, I did successfully) use something else.

Arnica should never be used on broken skin. You can use calendula for that

I have a big bruise now on my ankle, dropped 2 bottles of Pepsi on it. I am using a gel from Jason, all natural, has tea tree oil and arnica in it and some herbs. Very soothing.
