beautty! You can use the Windex, but I'll stick w/ arnica. However, I don't have any experience w/ using it for dark circles. If I were treating them, I would (in fact, I did successfully) use something else.

I've heard and read GREAT things about Arnica gel for treating bruises, scars, nicks, scraps, cuts, etc. Not sure how it does with adding moisture. But it may be an ingredient in a moisturizer, too. Not sure.

I have a big bruise now on my ankle, dropped 2 bottles of Pepsi on it. I am using a gel from Jason, all natural, has tea tree oil and arnica in it and some herbs. Very soothing.
