What bothers you the most about your looks as you age?

And what are you doing about it, if anything? There are several issues for me but one of the worst are those stringy looking vertical lines that have appeared from just under my chin to mid neck. What is that? I have no idea what I can do about it. If surgery is the only solution, that's not an option right now.
