Not too long ago Stila was on a beauty show selling their 10-in-1 beauty balm (primer) which I own. Mine does not have an SPF and neither did the one on the QWhen I purchased it, the one with the SPF was not offered at ULTA. However, recently Stila came out with the 10-in-1 with SPF and Sephora had it when I purchased mine at ULTA during their Beauty Event for $20 as the regular price is $38. It seems that when a manufactuer wants to sell out of a certain product they may come to home shopping networks. I am not saying it is a bad thing but something I noticed and I noticed it with shoes too. Certain styles they want eliminate for the season. Anyone else take notice of this?
