Suggestions for under eye brightener?

Before I buy one more product, I thought I'd ask here if anyone has found an under eye brightener? Should I use a concealer first even tho I don't have dark circles (yet!)? I think the only brand I have not tried is BE but I'm not sure what to get. I'm trying to brighten the area under my eye to the top of my cheekbone. Oh, before I forget (I don't know if this info is needed) I wear medium in IT, light in Mally and either light or medium in Tarte.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
