Slightly O/T Does anyone still wear a headband?

I only wear one now when I wash my face, but my ultra curly hair is so annoying ON my face in the summer (I'm thinking of getting it relaxed, but that's for another post). If I pulled it back with a headband, it doesn't look too bad..nice and full and curling AROUND my face rather than in it.

I wear it shoulder length in a layered cut, but anyone with curly hair knows how it "shrinks" up in the summer....it could be down my back, but in the summer, it never looks that long!

Not sure of the look, however, and wondering if it's too dated....I saw some madras headbands that were cute...and I'm crazy about madras for summer.

Oh...I'm 61....so....headbands were all the rage in my youth.

Thoughts?
