Shelf life?

I know this has probably been discussed before, but what is the shelf life of the body lotions (any brand)? I have a 32 oz amazing grace that I've had opened for almost 2 years and it still smells ok to me. In previous discussions, I read 1 year so I am a little paranoid about using it. I just hate to waste it. I keep stockpiling all of these products from different places and now I am beginning to worry that they will go bad before I can use them up.
