Shedding like crazy!!!

I alternate shampoos with head and shoulders and wen my hair 1-2 times a week. Every time I use the wen, my hair falls out like crazy!! It's almost scary :/ I never have a problem with head and shoulders. Anyone else have this issue with wen??
