STO Problem

My order came to $104. Got as far as process and they were still charging me $6.95 shipping. It's suppose to be free for $99. It use to be free for less than that. I sent an e-mail and am going into the second day and not a word. I want what I picked out but I HATE paying shipping, especially when I don't think I'm suppose to be.

Is this the way this company operates? I love their stuff. Do I pay the shipping and deal with them later? I haven't had a chance to call during their business hours.
