Proactive Refining Mask for Spot Treatment of Pimples?

I saw a commercial on this product in the Proactive line. I've never used Proactive, but his one intrigued me. It said you can put it on just the pimple overnight and it helps clear it up in the morning.

Has anyone used this? I've heard the line is very drying. I usually don't have a lot of acne, but I have some from time to time on my chin that just frustrates me. It's due to hormones and stress, no doubt.

If anyone has had experience with this product as a spot treatment, I'd appreciate any reviews.
