Poufy, Frizzy Hair - Need product to apply after hair is dry -- not make hair greasy!

I have tried soooo many things on the market and just am not happy. I will try something and think this is it --- but then it really doesn't do what I want.

Is there a product that will control extremely long, thick wavy hair which frizzes constantly?

I want something to apply daily after my hair is dry. That will not make my hair greasy or heavy but just tame the frizz and fly aways.

I do not blow dry my hair and I only wash every 3 day as it is just too crazy otherwise.

I already use shampoos and conditioners for frizz, but I am in need of something that I can apply after my hair is dry and also perhaps throughout the day as needed.
