Perricone TSV sell out - How do they do the OTO?

Well, that answers a different question. No need to explain ingredients or how they work to sell out. OP, I don't know if there are rules on an OTO per se but I'd bet it would be a Perricone product.

I'm wondering if rules because I'm not sure of the process. I'm thinking Perricone too. As far as ingredients, no vendor on QVC explains ingredients. They all give a little buzz on a few ingredients.
