I had the same thing happen to me.  Almost overnight my skin became very rough.  I quit using it too (on my face).  Guess I'll use it elsewhere on my body.

I prefer the PTR Even Smoother retinol pads. I saw no difference with the serum.

Actually, I am far from the younger side lol. It was working beautifully for months.
