I watched a bit of the Organic Liasion presentation the other day and I'm wondering, what is this stuff supposed to do? I admit I paid more attention the the testimonials onscreen than whatever blather Shawn was spouting. Something about banana salsa. Anyway: the testimonials showed people who lost less than a pound a week and stated that they followed a low calorie diet and exercised five times a week. Well, I'm currently eating a low calorie diet, exercising four times a week, and losing over a pound a week. So this stuff would slow me down? Not sure I get the point.
Has anyone tried it? What results did you get?
