Orchid Gel users

So does the Skinn orchid gel go on over or under your moisturizer? I'm not talking about the tinted orchid gel as that one says it should be applied over beauty treatments, so I'm assuming you put that on last.

But what about the original un-tinted one? I'm thinking serums/treatments first then orchid gel and then moisturizer...but wasn't sure.
