OT/ anyone cook with Greek yogart?

Yes, I know it is not beauty, but this is the only place I post. Someone posted asking about Greek yogart. I like it as a yogart, but has anyone cooked with it, like instead of cream of mushroom soup, in a casserole (chicken & rice)? Anyone try it. Just trying to cook healthier. thank you ladies
