Early last week I sent a package back to HSN (Benefit TSV) and a package back to QVC (defective watch). By the end of the week, HSN had already sent me an e-mail AND put through the credit on my credit card. QVC....nothing at all yet.
It is so frustrating that QVC is SO slow about returns/exchanges and if I didn't like the watch so much I would have just returned it instead of asking for an exchange.
Thanks for letting me vent...
